In HyperLink User's Guide (SPRUGW8C), the 2.7.3.1 General Bus Control Word describes the bit structure of HyperLink header protocol. Using, HyperLink LLD it is possible to modify some fields of the Control Word for write packet or does the control word configuration in HyperLink protocol for Write/Read is a totally user-transparent mechanism (so no modification possible) ?

I have gone through the examples for HyperLink in pdk_k2hk_4_0_7/packages/ti/drv/hyplnk/example/ but I didn't find anything about control word configuration.

Please help me with this.

Hi,

No, those General Bus Control Word is user transparent and you can't modify those from Processor SDK RTOS software.

I have one more doubt In my board I have 3 processor ,out of which 1 is configured as Centralized Processor (Called CP henceforth) and 2 Distributing Processors (Called DP henceforth). I need to send data from DP to CP through hyperlink . So my question is while sending packet I just need to send the data, control word configuration will be taken care by hyperlink itself???
