Hi Sir

we used 66AK2E05 platform for development.

And we saw the spec about 10.2 Recommended Operating Conditions

Example: CVDD1 , The range is 0.95 to 1.05.

Min: 0.95V Nom:1V MAX: 1.05V

Does It mean the noise margin is 50mV ? or Could TI help to provide noise information ?

Yes, noise level on the power supply rail should not exceed the operating levels provided in Section 10.2 Recommended Operating Conditions in the Datasheet.

As stated, the power supply voltage appearing across the CVDD balls and the VSS balls at the device has a +/-5% tolerance. The voltage across these supply balls must always be within this range.
