It is marked as 'resolved' but we still experience the issue in using TISDK 3.02. Is there an official fix from TI for this? If the answer is yes, what TISDK version and commit id was the fix completed in?

Hi, Nick,

That was resolved at the time, but later another thread using PCIe USB had issue which PCIe was still missing interrupt. We reverted the change and got the solution to cover both cases. Please see code change in http://e2e.ti.com/support/arm/sitara_arm/f/791/p/621069/2370479#2370479

Is this change incorporated into any TISDK Release yet? Will it be? We can pull in the code but were also curious if it will be integrated by TI as well.

Yes, this issue was resolved in the end of November and will be in the future TI SDK release.

We were able to verify the fix without the errata i870 mentioned in the thread, but for that customer, he needed it. We are reviewing errata i870 and will upstream it too.
