In the section Downloading TI Software installers of the first wiki article you referenced, a software download link is provided in the 2nd numbered bullet.
Also, if you navigate to the Tools & Software section of the OMAP-L138 product page, the software can also be downloaded from "Linux Software Development Kit (SDK) for OMAP-L1x and TMS320C674x Devices".

They all take me to the same link - http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/omap_l138/1_00/latest/index_FDS.html . If you go to that link and click on the link that says " http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/psp/LinuxPSP/DaVinci_03_20/index.html " Try downloading any of the DaVinci-PSP-SDK 03.20.00.xx packages and extract it. NONE of the package I mentioned about(OMAPL137_arm_setuplinux_#_#_#_#.bin , bios_setuplinux_#_#_#_#.bin ,xdctools_setuplinux_#_#_#_#.bin, LPTB-#_#_#_#-beta.bin , ti-cgt-C6000_#.#.#_setup_linux_x86.bin ,mvl_5_0_#_demo_sys_setuplinux.bin) are present in the DaVinci package
Each one is an individual installer. so it's not in the DaVinci-PSP-SDK. If you go back to the software download page, you can find the packages on the very bottom of the page.
