Hi all,
I'm a new guy for the TDA2X(EVM5777G-03-40-00) (or the whole TI CCS/SDK/BIOS system). My boss decided to use this EVM, and wanted me to do something about it.
Now I'm lost. The Spectrum Digital only showed a link to the TI web; from the TI's web, there was nothing about how to start. OK, fine, I heard CCS/SDK/BIOS before, then I began to search those keywords at TI wiki.
Downloaded CCS, VisionSDK, and the pre-built images. Copied the images to the SD card(<MLO>, <AppImage>, <AppImage_BE>, <AppImage_LE>), made another copy of the <AppImage> as a new file named <app>; insert the SD card to EVM, connect the terminal, set the correct COM and BAUD rate at the serial port software; power the EVM.. Then.... nothing shows....
Checked the SW2, SW3, and SW5 with the document <VisionSDK_UserGuide_TDA2xx.pdf>, tried all boot settings at page 18 (The EVM is ES2.0, but the document only mentioned ES1.0/ES1.1), reboot, still nothing.
My question is, is there any document/video for at new guy to begin with this product? Yes the hardware is come from the Spectrum Digital, please don't argue about this point.
Really thankful if anyone can give me some links or suggestions.
