TMS320C5517: Choose bootloader for C5517 when cold start

Hello,

For C5416, when 'cold start', we can choose boot from extra flash (user's bootloader) or from in-chip ROM (TI bootloader) by setting 'High' or 'Low' on the pin of 'MP_MC'.

But how could we realize the feature in C5517 platform, if there isn't 'MP_MC' pin.
