AM3352: LCD data pin issue

Hi ,

My key customer report an AM3352 LCD controller data[4](AM3352BZCZ Pin T1) functionality issue in RGB565 mode in several failure board, this Pin is always output "1" and can not be set during AM3352 running in application, and customer has done the ABA test, the follows picture can describe the issue more detailed:

CQE engineer has done the ATE test on failure chip and reballed it , could you please help verify it on EVM, thansk so much!

Do you have more description on the failures observed on the board? Is it just the LCD that is not working, and does the rest of the peripherals and device logic work as expected?

Are the failures at time 0 or field failures?

Mukul,

It is just LCD DATA4 not working, the rest of the peripherals work as expected.

The failure is at 0 time.

Thank you Jian.
The units you returned , were confirmed to fail on bench the same way as reported by your customer.
I am closing out this thread, as this is now being handled with the standard customer return flow and failure analysis.
Based on FA, we can see if we need to support further system level analysis/debug to understand the cause of failures.
