why dm365 MDFS bit always is 0?

i have a problem in our dm365 that is when the vpfe_isr interrupt enter i find the MODESET MDFS bit always is 0 (odd field ). so data is not copy to Application compare dm365 evm the MODESET MDFS bit is 0 and 1 in turn .why? our dm365 is ycbcr 16bit data input

thank your give me a suggestion to slove the probem.

our camera is PAL and ccdc frmfmt is CCDC_FRMFMT_INTERLACED and pixfmt is 16 bit.

Hi,

Is your sensor giving out BT656 output or is it a parallel 16 bit YUV data? Also, if it is parallel YUV data, have you connected the FEILDID pin of sensor to DM36x? Once you check the above things, please verify the setting of FID (polarity and direction) in MODESET register.

our isp have not FEILDID signal ,how we can do next?

Hi,

If there is no dedicated FIELDID output from your capture device/ISP, then i can think of only using the BT656 mode. This way you can use the embedded sync signals and get the field id information.
