DM6441 IBIS file

The DM6441 and DM6446 are pin-per-pin compatible; they are very similar parts, except the DM6441 runs at a lower voltage/speed.  You can use DM6446 IBIS model instead.

Unfortunately, DDR2 is very sensitive to layout and one of the more complex interfaces to get right; from years of supporting customers with this issue, we have found IBIS models to be unreliable for modeling DDR2 interface and have moved toward providing DDR2 layout guidelines instead.

As Juan mentioned we only support the DDR interface through the layout application note, we do not suggest using the ibis model for timing analysis and do not provide the DDR information within the ibis model for this reason.

Though with the layout application note you should not need the model, if you really do feel you need it please make a request through http://support.ti.com and we can dig into this a bit further, if you PM me the service request number (a.k.a. I am also in need of an IBIS model for the DM357.  I saw this post so I figured it would be better to post here rather than start another thread in the DM35x forum.  I am intending to use it for some EMI analysis and use the layout guide for the signal integrety.

Any chance you could email it to me?  I tried to find the PM option on this forum, but wasn't able to find where to do it.

I have not really looked too closely into this but I do not believe there is a real PM option, you can start a conversation with someone, but those appear to be public (kind of like a personal forum).
