Compiler/PROCESSOR-SDK-AM335X: CD-ROM write fails

Dear sir/Madam,

I Am trying to interface CD-ROM writer with AM335X processor using SCSI commands, it is working fine while reading from disk, but while writing to disk i am getting "Mode_select_ error". And i found that there is no implementation for "Mode_select" command in my usbdmsc.c of usblibrary.

is the implementation of "SCSI_MODE_SELECT" command in usblib will solve the the problem of writing into the disk?

and what are Mode pages? and how can i change mode parameters (device type to CD-ROM) ?

can anyone please help me out, & thanks in advance.

What is the usblibrary you referred? Is it in the filesystem provided in the Processor Linux SDK?

I am not sure what it is. We generally don't support user applications. If your code is not TI platform dependent, I would recommend you to develop/test your code on Linux PC then port it to TI platforms.
