Hi I want to build my custom board with TMS320C6678 core. the EVM used "K4B2G1646E-BCH9" as DDR3 with maximum rate 1333M but I need use industerial part of it which will be "K4B2G1646E-BIH9" but I undrestood these days this part is unreachable and SAMSUNGcompany don't build anymore. Do you have any recommended part with the following specification? Please help me. Thanks.
