hi,

a customer of mine is looking for Android support for the AM43xx family.

What is the curent status for this platform ?

Is there option for PoP (package on package)?  

I found only this "free evaluation" support package delivered by external company - http://www.ti.com/devnet/docs/catalog/embeddedsoftwarefulldetails.tsp?actionPerformed=productFolder&productId=22800

So there is no "free" version delivered directly by us?

    At the moment Android is supported only for AM57x devices:  

    There is commercial third-party support from Witekio: www.witekio.com

    None of the AM335x, AM437x and AM57x Sitara devices are offered in PoP package.
