Why we cann't compile Codec in DVSDK4 of DM365?

Hello, We can compile dm365_h264enc_02_00_00_10_production in DVSDK4 of DM365,  and run very well.

But we cann't compile Jpegencoder of codec in DVSDK4 .

How to deal with it?

maybe where can download a  Jpegencoder  for compiling in DVSDK4 .
