Register settings for the MT9P031 in appro ipnc is wrong

Hi ,

    I recently had some problems with ipnc 2.0 version from appro, 

The register[0x5D] value is set at 0x1313 (BLC_Delta_Thresholds)

and register[0x5F] value is set at 0x1c16.(BLC_Target_Thresholds)

I read the documentation , it is stated that BLC_High_Delta_Threshold should be set no lower than BLC High Target Threshold.But it is set higher.here.

I am finding  problems in dark conditions in this settings (flickering brightness). if I set registe[0x5D]  to 0x2d13, the problem is fixed.

Can somebody verify this?
