Does all OMAP-L138 devices will have pre-assigned, unique, valid MAC addresses assigned to each unit?

Hi Sam,

Devices have a pre-configured MAC addresses, but you can configure the MAC address of OMAP-L138, see this thread:

I believe the bare OMAP-L138 processor itself does not have valid unique MAC addresses. The processor has MAC address registers that must initialized by code during boot. So most boards with these processors have unique MAC address because boot code loads the MAC registers with values from ROM external to the OMAP-L138.
