TMS320C6726B: A Test Bench Device for Testing DSP Chips

Hello.

With regards, I was wondering if someone could help me with the following question:

Is there a device or module or whatever that can help me test my DSP chips?

I need something like a test bench device that I put my DSP chip in it and it only tests whether my chip is healthy or faulty.

Actually, I have some old DSP boards with TMS320C6726B DSP chip on them. I want to demount the chips and use them in my other applications.

Please help.

Anyway, what do you suggest me about my second-hand chips?
What is the best way to test their health?

You can try go get them to load the GEL files, which come with CCS installation. However, to do so, you need to build a board with the chip.
