If we populate the resistors R214, R215, and R216, for SPI0 communication, will that affect the LAN communication ? What are the errors that may occur ?

Yes, you will stop the corresponding MII signals. I expect that if you use the SPI0 you won't be able to use the ethernet at all.

That means the simultaneous communication of SPI0 and LAN will be impossible right ? Can we use one at a time ?
