NDK v1.9

I am trying to port an algorthim written in Simulink to a C6713 DSP.  I have CCS v3.3 and all the Mathworks software needed, but  Matlab SW says I need NDK v1.8 to NDKv1.9.

I did download NDK 1.93 but this version did not work.  I cannot seem to find a copy of the appropiate version.  Does anyone know where I can get a copy of NDKv1.9?

I talked to TI and they suggested I ask this Forum.
