Hi,

I recently noticed TI provided the feature of USB audio class on AM335x, OMAP-L13x, and C674x platform. Where is the related example code and the portal site for its explanation ? Also, do you have a plan to support it on other processors, for example, K2G and AM57x ?

Kawada-san,

The USB Audio class was in the document staging area pending review from some reviewer who were not available during the holiday break. this is planned to be moved to external wiki this week. Until then for your reference, I have attached a PDF version of the document .

Description to setup the USB audio driver on OMAPL138 LCDK and is at the end of that document. Please review and let us know if you have any feedback comments.

Additional question -- Does it support UAC 2.0 ? Customers may want to have 192Khz sampling rate.

The current driver doesn`t support UAC 2.0 and the current version of the driver only supports 48 Khz Sampling.

What SOC do you need this driver on ? Current plan is to devices based on user interest in the feature on specific SOC so if you have a usecase please provide us more specifics of the usecase and the application.

OK, you don`t support higher sampling rate over 48Khz... I`m asking our sales guys about the customer`s expectation for UAC. Once I got their feedback, I`ll input you via private message.
