AM5728: PMIC doesn't start

Thanks，we ckicked the button after power up. The voltage have outputed,but it only continue two seconds,and then the voltage flow down to 0v,is it right? is there any document to describe it?

Hi,Biser,we test the power ic find out that the VSMPS7(connect to VDD_CORE) and V3_3D always 0v although we have pressed the power-on button,the other voltage seem to nomal:VSMPS1_2-- 1.15V VDDS_DDR--1.35v VSMPS7--1.8v VDD_GPU--1.15v VSMPS4-5--1.06v.the VDD_CORE and V3_3D always 0v, these scenario is normal?

No, this is not normal. You probably have hardware issues on your board.

it's too strange,the LDO and SMPS voltage is normal except SMPS9(output to V3_3D ) and the SMPS7(output to VDD_CORE),the SMPS9 and SMPS7 are connected similar to other SMPS.We checked out harware,there's no problem.the power ic serial number is TPS659037 OTP 8A 1.3 68C64JW G2. The ic packge have TPS6590376ZWSR,TPS6590376ZWST,TPS6590377ZWSR,TPS6590377ZWST and son,does our power ic have any problem?

We find that the SMPS7 and SMPS9 in the evm of AM5728 are floating, is the reason about SMPS7 and SMPS9 are always 0v when power up?
