Hello,
We want to use transparency with DM388 CSK. We have changed the TI Logo with our bitmap window and Changed the size 160x64 to 1920x1080. We have enabled the transparency flag according to Software OSD User Guide Document. We are using User Defined Transparency.
But if are going to use User Defined Transparency then Frames Losses is happening.
We are using Bitmap window of size 1920x1080 and using RGB: 0xFAFAFA as background color of bitmap window.
We have configured : Transparency value is 0xFAFAFA and transparency range is 0x050505. But we are not able to see transparent effect.
As per SWOSD user guide document in 5.10.1 section:-
User Defined Transparency
"In user defined transparency mode there is no restriction on the color of the OSD
bitmap image that means user can make OSD bitmap image with any colors. In this
mode, if pixel value of OSD bitmap window is within the range of transparency value
plus/minus transparency range, the pixel becomes transparent. The pixel value of
live video data remains same. Otherwise the pixel value of OSD bitmap image is assigned to corresponding pixel
value of live video data."
But in our case white color or background color is remains same.
Please tell me is there any library issue or any configuration issue.
