You're asking about the interrupt in the SmartReflex, right? The interrupt is documented in Table 6-23 System Event Mapping — ARM CorePac Interrupts (Part 10 of 12) in 66AK2H14 Data Manual. ARM Core Pack interrupt controller is described in the ARM CorePac User Guide for Keystone II Devices: www.ti.com/.../spruhj4.pdf

You can also refer to the 66AK2H14 GEL file provided in the bellow link for information how to access the temp sensor registers.

Thanks for the information.

But I would like to know how to handle SR_0_SR_TEMPSENSOR and SR_1_SR_TEMPSENSOR SmartReflex temperature threshold crossing interrupts. Please let me know where this information is mentioned.
