Hi,
Generally if errors are observed by users when loading the IBIS model it is related to the IBIS version that the tool is expecting. The IBIS model for the AM572x has been checked and is compliant with IBIS version 5.0. It will generate multiple warnings but there are no errors that have been found. Can you provide a log file which specifies the errors that are detected?
Regards, Bill
Sorry,It's very busy a few days ago. As a result of the parse file is encrypted, so I only copy the key information ,as following:
Results of the most recent parse: IBISCHK5 V5.0.3

Hi,
The first two errors are valid. You can fix those by changing AM572 to am572 in your IBIS model. I will change the model on the web to correct this. The rest of the errors do not appear when I run IBISCH5 v5.1.4. I think this must be a bug in the version that you are running. The IBIS5.0 spec describes the model selector statement as follows. The length of 120 characters has not been exceeded so the error should not be present.
