Linux/AM5728: No debug output after power-up

Hi,ti experts,our custom board based on AM5728 IDK reference.we make the uboot and image to the sd card and insert it into the sd card slot,connect the cable with uart3,the minicom config as follow graph,

we config the SYSBOOT pins:SYSBOOT5=1 SYSBOOT4=0 SYSBOOT1=1 SYSBOOT0=0,and the other pin are 0, which means boot sequence by the TRM as follow picture by red box:

after then we power up the board,there's no information ouput on the minicom.we test all kinds of voltage output by power ic are nomal,and the sd card cd pin is 0v.is there some place we do wrong?

something write wrong abov,the SYSBOOT15 = 1 ,SYSBOOT8 = 1,SYSBOOT5=1 SYSBOOT4=0 SYSBOOT1=1 SYSBOOT0=0,and the other pins are 0.

Hi,

What Linux version are you using? Do you have an ID EEPROM on your board? If you don't you have to modify U-boot to skip the EEPROM check.

thanks for you reply Biser,our Linux version is ti-processor-sdk-linux-rt-am57xx-evm-03.03.00.04,we have no ID EEPROM,eventhough we did not do any modify,it should has some information output,is it right?

Hi Biser,for our cutom board without ID EEPROM,is there any documents to describe which place should be modify?we saw the thread:e2e.ti.com/.../653792 but still don't know how to modify.
