BEAGLEBK: LCD connections

Hello,

I am working on project in which 10.1' display has to be interfaced with Beagle Bone Black . Pin details can be found in attached datasheet.

There are some DC supply pin which are easy to understandd and can be connected to external power sources.

Anybody can tell how to connect other control Line to BEAGLE BONE BLACK pins??

Hi,

You can find the BBB schematics here: elinux.org/Beagleboard:BeagleBoneBlack The LCD signals are exposed on P8. You also need to keep in mind AM335x Errata Usage Note 3.1.1 to connect the colors correctly.

Is it limited to 16 bits ??
There is no information about RGB ??

No, all 24 bits are exposed. LCD_DATA[23:16] are named as GPIO on the expansion connector. Follow the signals from the device to the connector.
