K2G's DVDD33 pin has a GND resistance of 14 ohms (no electricity, resistance meter measurement). Is this normal?

Hi,
It depends on the power supply design on the board. The resistance measured with a meter on the K2G EVM measures in the range you stated above. On the K2G ICE board it is in the 150 ohm range.
