VO/VOS/VOL headers repeating for MPEG-4 encoder

I've been using MPEG-4 encoder on DM365 for some time and it seems that the encoder does not repeat MPEG-4 header data (VOL/VOS/etc headers) for each I-frame (unlike H.264 encoder which does repeat SPS/PPS for each IDR-frame). Thus I use some kind of dirty hack to get the headers repeated and it seems to be somewhat awkward. Could you please implement VO/VOL/VOS headers repeating in the MPEG-4 encoder in some future release of the codec?

Can you tell me how you got the SPS/PPS to repeat in the h.264 codec? IIRC I had to copy them for the beginning of the stream and insert them manually.

Hi Animovsky,

At what ever frame you want the headers to be generated, you can use the XDM_GENERATE_HEADER Command.
