Displaying Video in BT.656

Video Display Control Register (VDCTL)

FXS = 1

VXS = 1

HXS = 1

Video Display Counter Reload Register (VDRELOAD)

VRLD = 1

CRLD = 1

HRLD = 732

the video is error

but in Display Port Internal Sync Operation (FXS=0,VXS=0,HXS=0),the video is ok.

I am curious what device you are using, I assume this is DM642?

On a BT.656 display the processor will be the master, so it should not be accepting external syncs, thus having these bits cleared makes sense, I would suspect that having these bits set is causing the video port to wait for an external sync.
