we are capturing 1024x768 16bit y cb cr 4:2:2 input stream from DVI decoder into VIP. we want to utilize the down sampler in the VIP slice to make a 4:2:0 stream for further compression. Please help us to make required modifications in vip.c , decoder.c and any other changes required
