66AK2L06: IQNET2 Tests no rx data

Hello,

I am currently trying to get the IQNET2 tests up and running on my EVM. I am attempting to run the iqnet2LteDfeDualCore test as well as the iqn2LteDfe test that came with ProcessorSDK v4 in BB Loop-back mode. On both tests the TX side seems to be popping descriptors and recycling them after use as the test finishes with all the descriptors in the free queue for the TX side. The problem is that in both tests, it appears as if the RX queue is never getting used and no descriptors from its free descriptor queue are used and the test finishes with the RX queue empty. 

Is there anything I need to do to the test to get it to work on my EVM?
