Linux/AM5728: VPE capture issue in SDK 4.1

Hi，

I could use " capturevpedisplay 720 288 yuyv 720 576 yuyv 1 3 -s 27:1920x1080 " to do deinterlace in old SDK 3.0.

But I can't do deinterlace in SDK 4.1.I have tried the same command . It will display successful but in the interlace mode.
