TDA3MV: Transparent between VID1 and VID2

Hi,

We is using Vision SDK 3.0.

I tried to display the GUI on VID2 for GUI resize
GUI display is ok, but no transparent between VID1 and VID2.

Is it possible to make transparency between VID1 and VID2 ?

If so, how can I tell it to be transparent?

Hi,

You should use alpha blending feature for transparency setting.
You can set global alpha parameter to make one complete layer transparent.

Are you saying you are different from transparency between VID1 and GFX ?
The transparency between VID1 and GFX in Vision SDK 3.0 is ok.

After change from pPrm_Grpx->displayId = DISPLAY_LINK_INST_DSS_GFX1; to DISPLAY_LINK_INST_DSS_VID2,
transparency between VID1 and VID2 in Vision SDK 3.0 is not ok.

Hi,

You also need to modify the Z order when you change GFX1->VID2.
