AM4372: LPDDR2 connections

Part Number: AM4372

I want to use 16-bit lpddr2 module (IS43LD16640C-25) with am4372 processor, but i am not sure about datasheet's section (5.13.8.2.2.3.1) about lpddr2:

I belive figure 5-79 in datasheet have a mistake: DQS1 lines from processor are connected to DQS0 and DQS1 lines on memory module, i guess DQS0 from memory should be connected to processor's DQS0. Am i wrong about it?

My lpddr2 module have only one CKE signal, and am4372 have CKE0 and CKE1. How should i connect this signals, or processor is not capable to work with IS43LD16640C-25?

  • Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is a typo in Figure 5-79. On the processor side DQS1/DQM1 are duplicated. It should be DQS0/DQM0 to memory DM0/DQS0 and DQS1/DQM1 to memory DM1/DQS1. About the CKE, you should use CKE0. I suppose your memory has also only one CS, so you should connect it to CS0.
