Our customer have received the parts.They found there is a black dot on the part.Can you help me check the part ? Is the black spot normal ？

Can you help me explain that what's the meaning of the marking ?One marking is "CD-45ASP3W",another is "CD-45ASP2W". What's the difference between the two marking?

From the first picture , I cannot see what black spot you are talking about.
