Hello!
I bought X66AK2G12ABY60 in TI Store in January 17th ,when I got the goods on January 23rd .I found some problems, the ball plantting on the chip dropped out the chip There are four chips like this!

I want to know how these happend and how to solve these problems?
The Customer service said they need your Rep provide authorization for them to proceed with replacement or refund.
Please help!
