I plan to use this Micron LPDDR <<mt46h64m16-data.pdf>> interfaced to the DDR SRDAM controller in the TMS320C6748.
However, I cannot verify that the interface signal levels are compatible. The processor data sheet references the JESD79-2A JEDEC standard. I compared the signal levels from that standard to those in the Micron part here <<DDR IF LEVELS.xlsx>> and it seems to me that they are incompatible.
