Why is the speed of my USB2.0 device driver 4MBps?

Hi,all,

  I am developing a wince6.0 USB host driver on the omap3530, and my 3530 can receive the data from the device(CY7C68013), but the speed is 4MBps.I think this is too slow, I wanna know what the peak speed of USB on the 3530 can reach to. And if the peak speed is much more than 4MBps, anybody who can tell me the problem.
