I use the chip model TMS320C6748EZWTD4E, when I debug, can not unlock the Boot to enter debug mode, how to solve this problem?

Hi
You are using a device that has basic secure boot enabled. By definition you will not be able to connect to jtag unless you have the proper software in place to do the jtag unlock.

Are you familiar with the secure boot flow and associated softwrae requirements?
