are there any plans to adapt the Multi-Protocol Industrial Ethernet Detection demo (TIDEP0032) to the newer SDK?

And, you tell me what Flash size is needed for the Multi-Protocol Industrial Ethernet Detection demo?

    Hi Holger,

    Let me address the memory size. With TIDEP0032 we split each application into individual files. I list here the demo files that we have placed on the SD card.
    - app: multi-protocol detection application - this will detect the type of industrial Ethernet and load the appropriate IE application (ECAT, Ethernet/IP, ...) (209 KB)
    - ecat_app: EtherCAT application (182 KB)
    - eip_app: Ethernet/IP application (566 KB)
    - pl_app: PowerLink application (1334 KB)
    - pn_app: Profinet application (2330 KB)
    - s3_app: Sercos application (919 KB)

    Of course note that this file sizes are depend on the functionality IE application - it may change upon customer specific implementation/applications.

    It's not planed to rebase the Multi-Protocol Industrial Ethernet Detection demo, but I have submitted a JIRA request for approval.
