We received questions from customers about the NAND Flash interface of AM3352BZCZD80. The level of NAND is 1.8V.
1. VDDSHV 1 uses 1.8 V and VDDSHV 3 uses 3.3 V (because GPMC_Ax is used at 3.3 V). Is this a problem?
Although it may not be related, GPMC_WP output should be 3.3 V, but the customer has only 2.2 V out.
2. Customers are trying to divide by "weak pull resistance" and external resistance to 1.8V. What is the resistance value and pseudo circuit of "weak pull resistance"?
It seems that you want to set GPMC_WIAT 0 / GPMC_WP to 1.8 V (without changing the circuit as much as possible) while leaving VDDSHV 3 at 3.3 V.
