We have BBB based custom board with 512MB DDR and 8GB eMMC.
We will have one version with AM3352 and one with AM3351, we want to differentiate between two by reading register so that if wrong chip is placed it can be detected at assembly line.
I was reading TRM of AM335x and it seems DEV_FEATURE register has values mentioned for AM3352, AM3354, AM3356, AM3357, AM3358 and AM3359 but not for AM3351.
However I know only thing not available in AM3351 is DCAN right ?
so I assume that for AM3351 value read from DEV_FEATURE (Address 0x44E10604) register would be 0x00FC0302.
Is this correct ? Any documentation reference ?
Is there any other register which can be read to differentiate between AM3351 and AM3352 ?
