Hi Everyone ,

I am calibrating the camera using the charts as per the document given by Ti , I can also generate CALMAT.bin and respective chart position bin file . I like to know how this camera calibration tool works and on what basis it is actually generating the bin files .

Can anyone kindly explain that .

Hi,

The calibration tool works be estimating the pose of the cameras by solving a set of linear equations using the ground truth positions of the chart and their projected positions.

If you require, we do release the full source code of the calibration tool for surroundview which can provide more details on how the process is performed.
