TMS320C6748: Application cannot boot from nandflash

Part Number: TMS320C6748

1. DSP : TMS320C6748EZWTD4 ，FLASH : S34ML01G200BHV00，DDR : AS4C64M16D2A-25BIN

2. work in CCS 7.4

3. FLASH sch

4. in debug mode is work ok

5.flash to nand flash everything looks ok

6. change boot7..0] = 00001110,and power on ,but uart2 is not work ,PC cannot receive anything

what is the problem?

7.DDR is ok,gel is C6748_LCDK.gel

There are several things that could be causing this issue. Please reply to the following questions for us to get a better understanding of the issue

1. Have you checked to confirm that your NAND device is compatible with the ROM bootloader using the Limitation and constraints section in the bootloader application notes. Also confirm the

2. Have you tested this image using known good platform like LCDK platform. That platform uses a ONFI compatible 16 bit Micron NAND.

3. When the boot fails, have you connected to the DSP and checked the value of the program counter to see if the ROM code has exited into your application or is it still an issue in the ROM code. you can run the debug GEL file and look at the system state:
