Hi,

Am using TMDSICE3359 evaluation board loaded with Profinet RT stack provided by TI.
To validate the device for PNIO certification I am running AutomatedRtTester_v2.34.0.4_RC software from PNIO test bundle (2017-04-05_PN-test).
Some of the tests like "Pdev_Records, Pdev_checkoneport, DCP-DCP_Router, DCP-DCP_OPTIONS_SUBOPTIONS, DCP-DCP_2" are FAILED.
So I would like to know what shall I do to make it PASS?.
Am using GSDML-V2.33-MOLEX_TI-AM335x_RT-MRP-20170904.xml GSDML file.
Is there any GSDML file available which is already tested and cleared ? Is there any Profinet RT certification test report available?
Is there any GSDML file available for single port device ? Or for single port what changes need to be done in the existing GSDML file ?

Kindly give suggestions for all my queries since am new to this environment not able to move further.

Which Profinet release you are testing and where the GSDML-V2.33-MOLEX_TI-AM335x_RT-MRP-20170904.xml is from?
If you using the Profinet 1.0.1 from www.ti.com/.../PRU-ICSS-INDUSTRIAL-SW, have you tried the GSDML-V2.32-MOLEX_TI-AM335x-MRP-20151107 under examples\profinet_slave\GSD?

We are going to release Profinet 1.0.2 in few days, you may want to test it instead.

Hi Garret,

I did not try the GSDML-V2.32-MOLEX_TI-AM335x-MRP-20151107.xml file.
I tried GSDML-V2.31-MOLEX_TI-AM335x-MRP-20140611.xml file by upgrading with upgrade tool.
I will try with GSDML-V2.32-MOLEX_TI-AM335x-MRP-20151107.xml and let you know the result.
I would like to know do you have any PNIO RT test detailed report available ? If you have then can you share it?
I would like to know which test bundle version used for testing the module?.
I would like to try Profinet 1.0.2 also. For that what shall I do ?.

Hi Subeesh,

Is it possible for you to pause the activity for couple of days? I would like to recommend you to test Profinet 1.0.2 release for PNIO certification. In terms of Profinet 1.0.1 test tool set, we were using 2016-03-11_PN-test in the past. I can check with system team to see if we have upgraded the tool recently.
