AM3517 DDR2 Clock Rate

I can't seem to find the AM3517's maximum clock rate for the DDR2 memory.

In one place is says DDR2-333MHz for the Compatible devices (Table 6-22), but it doesn't say what the AM3517's max clock rate is for this interface.

Can I run the DDR2 memory at 333MHz (667 Mbits/pin)?

Hello,

The max frequency for the DDR interface on that AM35x is 166MHz which allows the support of DDR2-333 (data rate of 333)
