Hello. Could you say where i can see information about pin/package length between crystal and balls in AM5718?! (Purpose - for length matching HS interfaces)

See e2e.ti.com/.../633109 The same is valid for AM57x devices. Where necessary additional adjustments can be made by the IODELAY feature available in AM57x (section 18.4.6.1.5 and 18.4.6.1.6 in the AM571x TRM Rev. G).
