We are looking to design a multi-protocol board and we were looking at the TI AM3359 to see if it would work for us. We would like to implement network safety on the protocols. CIP Safety, PROFISafe, etc..Would we be able to do this with the AM3359? I am not sure what the hardware and software requirements would be for CIP safety.
