Linux/AM3352: Enabling FIQ

Hi TI,

My customer is using AM3352 and found that they can't use FIQ on TRM as below. Is there specific part number? Please let me know part number that can use FIQ on AM3352.

FIQ: fast interrupt request (Not available on General Purpose (GP) devices).

Shaka, you would have to use an HS (High Security) device to get the benefits of the FIQ, which would vector into secure ROM code. I think you could use FIQ on a GP (general purpose) device, but it acts like a regular IRQ.

Thank you for your answer. Could you please let me know full part number of HS (High Security) device which can replace AM3352BZCZ80 and AM3352BZCZ100.

Shaka, what do they want to use FIQ for? On AM335x, the FIQ is used for secure interrupts, not necessarily as ARM describes it as a higher priority fast interrupt.
