Dear,

My customer now are thinking to use 66AK2G12 as DDR-less system.

Question:
When this condition, I think I should set Power Estimation Tool as “DDR3:State:Enable”, and “Utilization=0%”, Am I right?

In other words, I think I should not set DDR3:State:Disable even if DDR-less system, because there are some leak current. Am I right?

If this is for estimating total SoC power consumption on DDR less system, you can set DDR3 State to disable. The leakage current on DVDD_DDR should be only from DDR IOs (PHY) and would be very small when it's not used.

If you are trying to find the max current required for DVDD_DDR power supply in DDR less system, you can use a 1.35V LDO with 50 to 100 mA max current.
