AM5728 layout using via-in-pad : (each ground pad has a via directly to the ground planes) To ensure proper BGA soldering, are thermal reliefs needed where these vias meet the ground planes?
(For thermal dissipation reasons we want to avoid using thermal reliefs if possible.)
